The family home
Weekly rhythm or a deep seasonal reset. We learn the house — the surfaces that mark, the corners that get missed.

A clean you can feel the moment you walk in — skirting boards, window tracks, rangehood filters and all. We go beyond the measure of what a clean is supposed to be.

Surface-level looks fine until the light hits it. We work the grout line, the tap base, the top of the door frame — the places a quick pass never reaches.
Where we work
A home and a dealership showroom have nothing in common except this: someone walks in and decides, in about four seconds, whether the place is looked after. That judgement is our job.

What we clean
Whether it’s a family home every fortnight, a handover to an agent, or a site the builders just walked off — the standard doesn’t change.

The inside is the job
The room that shows everything
Grease doesn’t wipe — it has to be lifted. This is the checklist we work through on a deep kitchen clean, and it is the same list on a bond clean.
NDIS
Cleaning under a participant’s plan is about more than the result. It’s about the same familiar face at the door, a clear arrival window, and someone who works at your pace and asks before moving your things.
The measure
These are the six places a clean is either done or it isn’t. They’re on every job sheet, every visit.
Wiped along the top edge, not just vacuumed past. Scuffs spot-cleaned.
Light switches, power points, door handles and frames — sanitised, not skipped.
Ceiling fan blades, exhaust vents and cornice lines cleared of dust build-up.
Tracks vacuumed then damp-detailed. Sills and reveals wiped through.
Moved where safe to do so — behind the bin, under the couch cushions, beside the fridge.
A walk-through with fresh eyes before we lock up, in the light you’ll actually see it in.
